Description of works:
The six-year Best Value contract includes the maintenance of grounds, tenants gardens, play areas, car parks and hard areas in the ownership of the social housing landlord.
In addition, the contract includes the provision of an arboricultural consultancy service for the trees owned by the landlord and the carrying out of a planned and reactive arboricultural service.
