Erimus Housing Contract

The company has recently started six new grounds maintenance contracts worth over £4m.

We have also been awarded a £5m contract with Erimus Housing in Middlesbrough, with the contract commencing on the 1 June 2008.

Severnside Housing Contract

Severnside Housing Ltd have appointed Vale Contract Services Ltd as their new grounds maintenance contractor from the 1 April 2008.

The contract includes the maintenance of landscaping owned by Severnside Housing surrounding the housing stock and principally includes grass cutting, shrub bed maintenance, weed control, hedge cutting and hard area maintenance.
